Lataneks Plus / Latanoprost -Timolol


Latanoprost is an antiglaucoma prostaglandine analogue, it lowers the IOP by increasing the aqueous humor outflow.
Timolol maleate is beta adrenergic receptor blocking agent, it lowers the IOP by decreasing the formation of aqueous humor in the ciliary epithelium.

Indications

  • Lataneks plus is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to other IOP lowering agents.
